Four Hands Dance & One in Trance

The Flow:

Following a brief round of introductions, consent exercises, and a shared undressing ritual, we will introduce you to the art of four-hand massage. Afterwards, we dive into massaging and receiving together in groups of three.

Three 30-minute live music sessions await you, ranging from grounding drums and pulsating percussion to the soothing sounds of the Shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute).

During the sessions, you will switch roles: you will lead the massage once, follow mindfully once, and enjoy the dance of four hands as a receiver once. Experience how your breath aligns with the rhythm and how your hands glide differently over the skin when the beats quicken or the sounds become more serene. Find a flow together with your massage partner and feel four hands sensually melting together on your body.

Who is this workshop for?

This space is dedicated to gay and bi men as well as individuals on the queer-masculine spectrum who desire radical sensuality, deep relaxation, and new pathways to connection. You do not need to be a massage professional, but you should bring an openness to touch and intimacy. During the massage rounds, we are generally naked and refrain from mucous membrane contact (oral and anal penetration). Genital and prostate massages are welcome. The group of three renegotiates where and how touch may occur before each round (consent).

What to bring:

• A large sheet or towel (e.g., a sarong) to lie on
• Your favorite massage oil
• Comfortable clothes for the beginning
