How our pricing system works

 

We believe in clarity. Our prices are not arbitrary; they serve two main goals:

Creating a powerful dynamic in the room and building a vibrant, inclusive community.

 

1. THE MAIN TICKETS: WE CONTROL THE RATIO

An intensive kink ritual thrives on the balance between givers and receivers. Especially our ritual on Sunday requires a stable equilibrium of energies.

  • Dom Ticket: To ensure that enough experienced leaders are present to hold the space and provide active energy, this ticket is discounted. It is our invitation to Doms to step into their responsibility.

  • Sub & Couple Tickets: These reflect the regular price for a weekend of this nature.

 

2. THE SOLIDARITY CONTRIBUTION: COMMUNITY SUPPORTS COMMUNITY

We want this festival to be a place for everyone—regardless of your financial situation. As a small team, we cannot cover the fixed costs alone, so we rely on the "Karma Principle."

  • Become a Supporter: If you are financially stable, you have the option to add a Solidarity Contribution (+67 or +97 CHF) during the booking process.

  • 100% Impact: 100% of these contributions go directly into our solidarity fund. You are directly funding the participation of community members with a limited budget.

  • Your Impact: Your ticket secures your spot. Your extra contribution secures the diversity and the soul of our group. Thank you for your support! 🧡

Money should not be a barrier to deep experiences. The more solidarity contributions we receive the more discounted spots we can offer. You are welcome here!

We keep a number of discounted tickets and helper spots available. You don't have to prove anything or justify your situation to us.

Fair-Play-Policy

Cancellation and participation conditions

 

Since the Naked Men Kink Festival is a micro-event with a very limited number of participants (max. 26 spots plus an 8-person team) and a fixed role ratio (Dom/Sub), short-term cancellations have a significant impact on the group dynamics and our budget. By booking your ticket, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Cancellation by the Participant

If you are unable to attend the festival, the following refund rules apply:

  • Up to 30 days before the event: You will receive an 80% refund of the ticket price or, optionally, a 100% credit for a future festival. (The 20% retained covers our transaction and system fees).

  • 29 to 14 days before the event: We will refund 50% of the ticket price. A credit option is no longer available during this period, as fixed costs for catering and venue rental have already been finalized.

  • 13 days or less before the event: Refunds are excluded (0%). Your spot is firmly reserved for you, and your catering and role in the Dom/Sub ratio have already been planned.

 

2. The "Role Swap" (Ticket Transfer)

You can transfer your ticket to another person within the queer-masculine spectrum at any time.

  • Important: To maintain the balance of the group, your replacement must take the same role (Dom or Sub) that you originally booked.

  • Please inform us of your replacement's name via email at least 48 hours before the start of the event. We do not charge any fees for this transfer.

 

3. Waiting List Service

If the festival is sold out and you need to cancel, we will try to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list. If we are successful, we will refund your ticket price minus a 30 CHF processing fee, regardless of the time of cancellation. However, there is no legal guarantee that we can find a replacement.

 

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the festival must be cancelled due to illness within the core team, force majeure, or not reaching the minimum number of participants, you will receive 100% of your paid amounts back. Further claims (e.g., travel costs already booked) are excluded.

 

5. Recommendation: Ticket Insurance

We want you to plan your trip to us without worries. Therefore, we recommend purchasing the ticket insurance offered by Eventfrog during the checkout process. This protects you from financial loss due to illness, accidents, public transport delays, or car breakdowns.

 

Important Notes on Insurance:

  • Existing Protection: Check if you already have private travel insurance or a credit card that includes event insurance. Many policies already cover event tickets, so a second insurance may not be necessary.

  • Coverage Limit & Couple Tickets: Eventfrog insurance is only available for tickets up to 500 CHF. Since our Couple Ticket exceeds this amount, we offer a simple solution: contact us before booking. We will provide individual discount codes so you can book two single tickets instead of one couple ticket. This way, each spot is individually insurable.

Important note regarding your Solidarity Contribution

We intentionally issue solidarity contributions as a separate ticket. This has the advantage that you can easily cancel your main ticket individually if your plans change.

Please note however that the solidarity contribution itself is non refundable. These amounts go directly into our solidarity fund and are immediately used to discount other tickets. Thank you for your understanding and your support.
