Kann ich Tickets stornieren?
Ja, bis 15 Tage vor dem Event mit einer Stornogebühr:
Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor dem Event: 60 CHF
Stornierung bis 15 Tage vor dem Event: 50% des Ticketpreises
Danach ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich.
Du kannst aber dein Ticket an eine andere Person weitergeben/verkaufen (solange du damit keinen Gewinn erzielst).
Was ist wenn ich kurzfristig nicht teilnehmen kann?
Wenn du das Ticket nicht weitergeben kannst, verfällt es.
Wer sich gegen Krankheit, Unfall, Autopanne oder verspätete ÖV versichern will, kann bei Ticketkauf eine Ticketversicherung abschliessen. Die Abwicklung erfolgt dann über die Versicherung (Schadenfall hier online erfassen).
Was ist, wenn die Veranstaltung abgesagt wird?
In diesem Fall erstatten wir selbstverständlich 100% des Ticketpreises zurück oder bieten ein gleichwertiges Ticket für einen Verschiebetermin an.
Can I cancel tickets?
Yes, up to 15 days before the event with a cancellation fee:
Cancellation until 30 days before the event: 60 CHF
Cancellation until 15 days before the event: 50% of the ticket price
After that a cancellation is no longer possible.
However, you can give/sell your ticket to another person (as long as you don't make a profit).
What if I cannot attend?
If you cannot pass on the ticket, it will expire.
If you want to insure yourself against illness, accident, car breakdown or delayed public transport, you can also purchase a ticket insurance when you buy your ticket. The settlement will then be made by the insurance company.
What if the event is cancelled?
In this case we will of course refund 100% of the ticket price or offer an equivalent ticket for a rescheduled date.
